Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of entryway organization furniture. Please review our policy below, which includes important conditions for assembled and installed items.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for items in new, unused, and unassembled condition, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and hardware.

2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Assembled Furniture: Any shoe cabinet or entrance table that has been assembled, used, or installed.

  • Installed Items: Any hook that has been removed from its packaging, mounted to the wall, or shows any signs of use.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Open Box."

  • Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, installation, or accidents.

3. Return Process & Fees (For Eligible Unassembled Items)

  • To Initiate: Contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging.

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For shoe cabinets and tables, these can be significant. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all accepted returns to cover processing and inspection.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
To exchange an unassembled item for a different color or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund as appropriate.
