Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days before the carrier picks up your package.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We partner with carriers like FedEx, UPS, USPS, and regional freight services for larger items.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated in real-time at checkout. Larger items have separate shipping fees.

  • Times: Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in the FAQ. These are carrier estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur.

4. Packaging
We pack items securely. Furniture is packaged in cardboard boxes with protective corner pieces and internal padding.

5. Delivery & Issues

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

  • Delivery Inspection: For freight deliveries, inspect the external shipping box for damage upon delivery. Note any issues with the delivery driver.

  • Missing Packages: If a package is marked "delivered" but not received, check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, then contact us.
